The new to me, Ricoh GRIII has finally checked a lot of the boxes I’ve been looking for in an EDC camera setup. Was very happy to take it out for a spin during one of our long all-day sessions with Gotham Surf to capture one of the last days of summer with the group. Easy to throw into a dry bag, a pocket, or the cupholder of a car, it’s the perfect take everywhere camera. Easy to setup to shoot both street with snap focus, portrait with back button focus and to hand off to friends to snap group shots with half-press shutter smart focus its versatility is proving itself every time I take it out.
